How To Use
Lemongrass can cause photosensitivity. To avoid this, we recommend a dilution no higher than 0.7%.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 2-4% in a carrier.

I don't love the smell of fennel on its own, but this is a beautiful oil to blend with frankincense, myrrh, lavender and sandalwood for a nice "let it all go" meditative blend.
