Sweet fennel has a peppery, licorice kind of smell. I have always loved Star Anise and Sweet fennel smells a lot like Star Anise. It blends well with another of my loves which are woody oils. Great in your diffuser and has many medicinal uses, nausea being one that comes to mind. As always Plant Therapy has the best EO products, and i have tried others only to return to PT.

Upon the recommendation of a Aromapure representative, I used this in a mixture of bergamot, sweet, grapefruit, chamomile, and lemon. Used caster oil as a carrier. Purpose was to try a massage blend for cellulite. I have been faithful using on my crepey arms, abdomen and thighs, and I honestly am seeing a result. I almost don’t believe it. Hoping it will continue to get better and better. It’s a short try for this purpose. Oh and also a few drops of Himalayan Cedarwood.
